What is Beautyfit Beauty Fuel?

Have you ever felt like you can’t eat anything without it showing somewhere on your body?  Because there are such extreme differences in the human body from person to person, it makes sense that diet supplements should be different too.   Beautyfit Beauty Fuel is a dietary supplement geared specifically towards women. It is designed to work in three ways through proprietary blends.  It’s important to understand how each supplement works and what is in it for you, let’s take a closer look at BeautyFuel.

What are the ingredients in Beauty Fuel?

Beauty Fuel contains three  proprietary blends.  The blends are nice, because the supplement usually contains many different ingredients that can help our bodies burn excess fat or help suppress the appetite, especially in the afternoons and evening.  The drawback is that with proprietary blends, we never know how much of each ingredient we are getting.  Here’s the breakdown on each of the three blends:

• Beautytropin: A mix of Guarana Extract, Yerba Mate, Green Tea Extract, and Eleuthero. Green tea extract provides numerous benefits to the body, and provides antioxidants and polyphenols.  Guarana can increase energy and boost metabolism when used in the proper amounts along with a caffeine based ingredient like Green Tea Extract.  It would take at least 400 mg of Guarana to be effective as a fat burner/weight loss supplement. Yerba Mate is similar to caffeine as it suppresses the appetite and can be used as a diuretic, as well as reduce fatigue and support gastric functions.  Eleuthero is also included in this blend as it helps increase energy, as well as boost exercise performance and can provide a sense of euphoria.
• Aldactade-XL: A blend of Uva Ursi, White Willow Bark, and Betain HCL that is designed to be a natural diuretic, meaning it will increase the amount of urine you manufacture and expel.  Uva Ursi balances the acidity of urine which then reduces bloating and water retention in the body.  White willow bark  is somewhat similar to aspirin, its medicinal uses date back to the 5th century but the weight loss benefits are questionable. Betain HCL aids in proper gastric function but does not necessarily help burn or block fat absorption.
• Brainade-F10: Contains Ginkgo Biloba, Phenylalanine, and L-Tyrosine which are combined together to enhance the brain’s memory and focus abilities. Ginkgo Biloba is used to improve memory and can significantly improve attention span in most people. Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid not created by the human body but often found in food proteins and has been known to affect mood and has been used to treat depression.  Phenylalanine is then converted by the body into L-Tyrosine.

Are there any side effects?

Those sensitive to caffeine should use caution before taking this product.  Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using this product.  Contraindicated in kidney disorders, irritated digestive conditions, and with acidic urine or in conjunction with remedies which produce acidic urine.  Do not take BeautyFuel if you are taking a prescription drug for anti-coagulation unless directed by a doctor.  BeautyFuel is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

Is Beautyfit Beauty Fuel worth buying?

While this product uses a number of different ingredients that are worth noting, the weight loss benefits may not deliver as you would like. The caffeine in this product may aid in weight loss, but the caffeine may also  cause some unwanted side effects. Beautyfit Beauty Fuel may be able to boost metabolism and increase energy levels, but there is no conclusive evidence to prove that it will help you lose any significant amount of weight. It is unfortunate that the milligrams of each ingredient are not included, we just do not know how effective the product may be since we do not know how much of each ingredient we are getting.  There are other products that use these same ingredients that divulge the exact amounts used in the supplement that will most likely be more beneficial to your weight loss goal.
