• White Kidney Bean—says it is the main ingredient and is clinically proven to block carbohydrates
• Garcinia Cambogia—it increases your fat burning abilities and suppresses your appetite
• Gymnema Sylvestre Extract—called the sugar killer.  It reduces the desires for sugary food.
