It has several factors that leave me to wonder if it safe, the diuretic ingredients which lead to water reduction (not fat reduction) are only safe for small periods of time. Anything over 14 days can be hard on your digestive system. If you are interested in diuretics you have many safe options. The best diuretics are those that you only take for a few days.
