What is ErgoGenix ErgoBurn?
Because there are so many weight loss supplements available on-line and in retail stores, it is difficult to tell the difference between the mediocre products that boast amazing results and the products that are going to help you lose some serious weight. What makes a fat burner truly amazing is when it can deliver results without any nasty side effects. Because many of the ingredients used in effective weight loss products and fat burners can cause side effects, it is difficult to eliminate them. According to the ErgoGenix’s official website, ErgoBurn can be used as a pre-workout boost or a supplement that will suppress appetite and curb cravings, all without the hassle of unwanted side effects. So, lets take a closer look at the powerful ingredients.
What Ingredients are in ErgoBurn?
One of the most effective ingredients that can be used in dietary supplements is caffeine. Caffeine provides new found energy for your workouts, and will boost metabolism and often suppresses appetite as well. Unfortunately there are usually side effects that come with taking caffeine. Some people will often experience the jitters, elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, a crash after a couple of hours, headaches, or nausea. ErgoGenix has included caffeine anhydrous, which is a dehydrated form of caffeine – but has all the same side effects as common caffeine. ErgoBurn also contains green coffee bean extract which also contains caffeine and will cause adverse effects.
How can ErgoGenix claim to have made a product without causing the jitters or a crash later on when they have included both these ingredients? Here’s the twist: Caffeine is only effective in a weight loss supplement when at least 400 mg is used, and ErgoBurn only contains 160mg. So in order to reduce the side effects, they made ErgoGenix basically ineffective.
Evodiamine, Zingerone, and Raspberry Ketone can increase energy levels and therefore boost metabolism and help burn fat, but only if the consumer is on a low-calorie diet and also includes daily exercise. Kaempferol increases muscle cell oxygen consumption and has also been known to increase metabolic rate as well as burn fat. Fursultiamine is meant to enhance exercise performance and reduce muscle fatigue. These ingredients alone cannot do the job.
Is ErgoBurn Right For Me?
If you are just looking for a pre-workout supplement, ErgoBurn may be exactly what you need. The ingredients will most likely help with muscle fatigue and increase your energy levels during your workout. As far as a fat burner goes, this product probably won’t deliver the results you are looking for. There may be a boost in metabolism levels and you might experience decreased appetite but for the most part this product is ‘all-that’ for someone who is already in shape that just needs a pre-workout boost.
