Healthy Thin Review

Healthy Thin boasts a re-formulated blend that will suppress appetite, boost metabolism, and offer blood sugar support. It is intended to be used with a healthy diet and exercise plan, not by itself.

Many people experience side effects such as increased urination and low blood sugar while using Healthy Thin. Healthy Thin isn’t intended to be used as a long-term fat burner. It contains a lot of diuretics, which means that it will quickly rid you of water weight (and maybe some fat), but once the fast work is done, you will be stuck finding another fat burner.

Ingredients in Healthy Thin

Healthy Thin includes McB-E60, Cha De Bugre, Salacia Reticulate, Hoodie Extract, diuretics, Buchu Extract, Corn Silk Extract, Dandelion Root Extract, Parsley Seed Extract, and Vitamin B6.

McB-E60 allows blood sugar to be used more effectively, which can boost weight loss. Cha de Bugre boosts the metabolism while it suppresses appetite. Salacia Reticulata decreases sugar absorption. Hoodia Gordonii Extract is an appetite suppressant. Healthy Thin claim that this extract can allow you to decrease your calorie intake by 1000 calories per day without feeling hungry. Vitamin B6, Buchu Extract, Corn Silk Extract, Dandelion Root Extract, and Parsley Seed Extract are used to mobilize fat stores. They are also diuretics, so as the fat is mobilized, it moves the fat out of the body.

Many of the ingredients in Healthy Thin are meant to regulate blood sugar. This is beneficial in stopping sugar from being stored as fat, but it is not necessarily beneficial in causing fat loss.

The ingredients are all-natural, but that doesn’t mean that they are necessarily good. Most of the ingredients have been used in various cultures (Indian, South American, South African, etc) for thousands of years to suppress appetite, treat diabetes, and increase energy, so they must have some sort of benefits, even if they aren’t clinically proven. However, there are plenty of fat burners on the market that have clinically proven ingredients and can be guaranteed to work.

Does Healthy Thin offer a money-back guarantee?

No, it does not. You should very carefully consider any fat burner or weight loss supplement that doesn’t offer a money-back guarantee.

Final Thoughts

I don’t recommend Healthy Thin. Consumer reports are almost impossible to find, except the extremely positive reviews found on the Healthy Thin website. It isn’t guaranteed, which is usually a bad sign. The ingredients are all-natural, but that doesn’t mean that they are effective. Healthy Thin mentions once that it should be used in a healthy diet and exercise plan, but it doesn’t mention it again, and it doesn’t elaborate on what exactly you need to be doing in order to see results. Healthy Thin doesn’t tell you how long it will take to see results. It contains a lot of diuretics, which means fast water weight loss, but not permanent weight loss. Healthy Thin just doesn’t have a strong enough formula for me to recommend it.
