Synephrine can be extracted from bitter orange. It is the synephrine that raises metabolism and suppresses appetite so it’s questionable that PermaThin lists bitter orange as the ingredient. How much of the active ingredient, synephrine, are you really getting?

Green tea, cayenne pepper, and caffeine may all work to increase metabolism. The two stimulants, green tea and caffeine, could also help to boost energy levels so you have the desire to work out.

With these stimulants, however, come side effects. You should expect problems such as anxiety, jitteriness, nervousness, dizziness, insomnia, headaches, rapid heart beat, and increased blood pressure.

When you buy PermaThin from Health Resources they claim you can return the unused portion at any time and get your money back. That’s a fairly decent guarantee.  Especially since it is supposed to take 90 days before you really start to see a difference, this guarantee protects your investment.

Each bottle is $39.95 although you can get discounts when you buy in bulk. Not much detail is given about the guarantee so it would be interesting to know if you could return more than one used bottle if you use it for the full 90 days.

Final Thoughts

PermaThin is not as safe as they would have you believe. They expect that you will assume natural equals safe and feel more comfortable using the product. However, it’s concerning that so many of the ingredients lead to side effects.

While there is nothing inherently wrong with using PermaThin, it is not the safest formula and certainly does not deliver all the results they promise. You may achieve longer lasting and faster results by using one of the top recommended fat burners.
