When first looking at this product, I was expecting something like the Biggest Loser, a workout program where she is hounding you to work harder, eat less, and eat healthier. Instead we got the backup, and it isn’t as effective as the Biggest Loser. This is designed to be a fat burner, but when looking at the ingredients, there certainly weren’t many fat burning ingredients. Though the product contains a fair amount of potential fat burners, but it is unclear how much is really contained therein.
