When first looking at this product, I was expecting something like the Biggest Loser, a workout program where she is hounding you to work harder, eat less, and eat healthier.  Instead we got the backup, and it isn’t as effective as the Biggest Loser.  This is designed to be a fat burner, but when looking at the ingredients, there certainly weren’t many fat burning ingredients.  Though the product contains a fair amount of potential fat burners, but it is unclear how much is really contained therein.

This contains a fair amount of caffeine in the supplement, and this should assist in helping you to lose weight.  As for the other ingredients in the product, it is unclear just how effective they are, and how much they will work.  Studies on Guarana appear effective when combined with yerba mate and damiana.  This product doesn’t contain those two ingredients, and so it appears that caffeine is the only really active ingredient in the product.  The caffeine may have some pros when helping you lose weight, but it is unclear just how much this product really works.

Caffeine is a powerful stimulant.  Each serving of this product has as much caffeine as one cup of coffee.  If you are sensitive to stimulants consult a doctor.  Also if you are pregnant or nursing refrain from taking this.

Is Jillian Michaels EXTREME QUICKSTART Rapid Weight Loss Program worth trying?

There really aren’t a ton of fat burners in this product.  There are many products that have patented, and proven ingredients in their right amounts.  This is certainly effective as a stimulant, but its weight loss effect is unclear.  I would certainly recommend other fat burners that are cheaper and contain more potent ingredients.
