Lichi Review

Lichi Super Fruit diet pills are intended for natural weight loss and health. It has 17 ingredients, but the most important one is lychee, a super fruit that has been used as a weight loss fruit in Asia for more than three thousand years. Lichi is intended to increase metabolism, oxidize fat, and aid digestion. It promotes a healthy diet and exercise plan, and claims that Lichi enhances the effects of a healthy, active lifestyle. The website includes several pages outlining the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, which is definitely a good sign. But Lichi’s promotion of exercise is one of the only good signs I can find.

There are no customer testimonials, and Lichi doesn’t claim to be clinically proven. There are no apparent studies that have been done on the affects of Lichi. Of course that doesn’t rule out the possibility that it is effective, but just because something is in an attractive bottle and claims to cause weight loss doesn’t mean that those claims are true. The bottle claims “Lose weight faster!” but fails to tell you how much weight you can expect to lose. In addition, the fact that it says that the pill is only meant to support a healthy lifestyle calls into question the potency and effectiveness of Lichi.

Ingredients in Lichi

The fruit lychee has impressive nutritional value. It has Vitamin C, copper, phosphorous, polyphenols and potassium, and has no cholesterol. Lichi claims that lychee will boost metabolism, oxidize fat, suppress appetite, and improve digestion. This sounds attractive, but the truth is that if there was one magic fruit that had been around for 3000 years and could cause weight loss, there would be a much higher demand for it.

Lichi also has other “proven” weight loss ingredients, such as acai, green tea extract, Resveratrol, cinnamon bark extract, cayenne pepper, niacin, L-carnitine, and CLA. Green tea extract boosts natural energy and fat oxidation. Other tea extracts cause fat oxidation, inhibit the creation of new fat, aid in digestion, and burn fat. Cayenne pepper increases metabolism. Although most of the ingredients in Lichi are commonly used in weight loss and fat burner pills, most of them aren’t clinically proven, so it’s hard to put much stock in their value. When a suppoed weight loss pill is made almost entirely from ingredients that aren’t clinically proven, I have a hard time believing that it’s worth the money.

Does Lichi Super Fruit offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes, it offers a 30-day money back guarantee. At $29.99 for a bottle of 90 pills, Lichi isn’t too expensive until you consider that it hasn’t been scientifically proven.

Final Thoughts

Lichi is more of a daily nutrition supplement than a weight loss pill, and it’s definitely not a fat burner. The list of ingredients isn’t strong or impressive, and lychee isn’t widely recognized as a must-eat fruit. Lichi never explains how it will cause weight loss or cites examples in which Lichi has worked. It doesn’t offer customer testimonials. If you’re looking to burn fat and lose weight quickly, chances are good you won’t be impressed with Lichi. I wouldn’t recommend Lichi if you’re looing for an effective fat burner.

2. My Fat Burner Recommendations

Apidexin is the top pick for three reasons:

  1. 8 Patented & Proven Ingredients
  2. 100% Money Back Guarantee
  3. Free Detox Pills

In the fat burner industry, all of the buzz is about patented ingredients. Why? In order to receive a patent from the US Government, the ingredient must be clinically proven to be SAFE and EFFECTIVE. Apidexin contains 8 of them.

It's a pretty big deal.

The most common fear when buying a fat burner is buying something that (1) doesn't work and (2) harms your body.

Apidexin's ingredients alone quell those fears. But they've gone so far as to offer a 100% money back guarantee. This is rare in the industry, but common amongst the fat burners we recommend on this site.

DecaSlim is not just an effective weight loss supplement, but an overall health supplement. It contains 10 of the healthiest food concentrates known to man, according to Time Magazine. These power packed concentrates such as green tea, safflower oil (CLA) and viscofiber are clinically proven to stimulate metabolism, suppress appetite and burn fat.

Although you won't see results as quickly as you would with Apidexin and Fenphedra, DecaSlim is very safe. It's only stimulant is a mild dose of caffeine, which occurs naturally in Green Tea.

I do have one problem with it: I don't like how it's also pushed as an acne and wrinkle treatment. While it contains resveratrol and other antioxidants (which help acne and wrinkles), DecaSlim won't provide you with the results you'd see with other treatments.

However, DecaSlim makes up for it by offering a lifetime moneyback guarantee. This is HUGE. If you buy DecaSlim for weight loss and acne, for example, and it works for only weight loss, you can take advantage of their money back guarantee because it didn't work for acne. It's a slightly shady loophole and I'll leave it up to you to decide whether it's honest.

Overall, I highly recommend DecaSlim.

Fenphedra is my #3 pick.

  1. Extremely Powerful
  2. 100% Money Back Guarantee
  3. Qty Discounts, Free Detox Pills

At $70 a bottle, Fenphedra is one of the most expensive fat burners on the market. But the old maxin is true: you get what you pay for.

If you're goal is to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time (which is just about everyone), Fenphedra is your best choice.

But that doesn't mean it's right for you.

Fenphedra contains three powerful stimulants that may be too much for your body to handle:

  • 200mg Dicaffeine Malate
  • 200mg Chocamine
  • 20mg Synephrine

The total amount of caffeine is not disclosed. We know DeCaffeine Malate is 75% caffeine and Chocamine contains caffeine. From these facts and actually trying Fenphedra personally, I'd say it contains between 200-250mg of caffeine. per serving.

That number probably means nothing to you unless you're a caffeine connoisseur, such as myself. It's equivalent to 2 expressos (1.5-2 oz each).

If you can handle that, then you can handle Fenphedra. Only take it in the morning and afternoon, not in the evening. This stuff will keep you up
