Honestly, I am not a huge fan of this weight loss supplement. I think it makes some pretty bold claims, offers great results but doesn’t give much more information as to how other then that it makes you “feel fuller and reduces your craving*  because of the key ingredient which is the fiber called Glucomannan.

 I don’t understand how it can live up to the claims that 78% of each pound lost is fat or that you don’t have to change your lifestyle to get great results.

Another thing that I noticed as I was researching Lipozene is that there are a lot of people who have tried this supplement that have had bad experiences with it. They have complained of stomach problems and pains; including gas, bloating, nausea and diarrhea. There have been some more severe side effects that include dizziness, hives, difficulty breathing and swallowing and even some cases of dependency to pass waste.

I think there are a lot of other weight loss pills and solutions out there that work a little more effectively and without the side effects that they promise won’t occur but do.
