It’s unfortunate that that Mega-T Natural Detox is mostly made up of a proprietary blend, we have no way of knowing how much of each ingredient is contained in each tablet; therefore, we are not sure how much of each active ingredient is in each dose of the detox. There are those of us who are sensitive to Valerian and Cascara Sagrada and some who can tolerate very little insoluble fiber without running to the bathroom every 30-minutes. If we knew what we were dealing with in the blend, we would have the knowledge we need to make an informed decision regarding the product.

If you need to recover from a wild weekend binge, it would be better to start fresh Monday morning with a big glass of pure water, a sensible low-carb diet for a few days and your favorite weight loss supplement and multi-vitamin.
