Natrol AcaiBerry Diet Review

If you’re looking for a fat burner, it’s not surprising that you would turn to an acai supplement. Acai is one of the newest health crazes, and many people believe that the health benefits of acai make it the next must-have nutrient. The only problem is, it hasn’t been clinically or scientifically proven to cause any weight loss—so be careful when choosing an acai supplement, especially if you are looking at Natrol AcaiBerry Diet.

Natrol AcaiBerry Diet is intended to be used with a health diet and exercise plan—which is great for long-term weight loss because a healthy lifestyle makes weight loss easier to maintain. But couldn’t you lose weight even without the pill? It has a 1200-calorie plan for women and a 1500-calorie plan for men and includes a two-week meal plan. Through this, it claims that you can lose up to 20 pounds in 10 weeks. That’s two pounds a week, which is a very healthy amount of weight loss. Again, however, it makes me wonder what difference the pill is making.

Natrol AcaiBerry Diet also emphasizes the importance of setting and reviewing goals. It suggests setting specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timed goals. This is another great healthy lifestyle habit—but does it really belong as part of a supposed weight loss pill?

Customers are typically displeased with the results. They do not experience any decrease in appetite, and in many cases feel hungrier after taking the pill. It’s hard to tell whether they are losing weight because of the pill or because of their healthy lifestyle changes, but many people do not even experience any weight loss. Customers do report an increase in energy, because of the caffeine. In fact, one of the only positive response was that is boosts energy, but if you’re looking for an energy pill, get one that doesn’t claim to have fat burning, weight-loss potential.

Ingredients in Natrol AcaiBerry Diet

Most significantly, Natrol AcaiBerry Diet contains acai and green tea. Green tea has been linked with weight loss because it boosts metabolism. However, there is no clinical proof that acai promotes weight loss. Natrol AcaiBerry Diet also has antioxidants that promote fat burning. It has high amounts of caffeine to increase energy.

Does Natrol AcaiBerry Diet offer a money-back guarantee?

It does not offer any money-back guarantee, which doesn’t speak too highly of the company’s faith in their own product.

Final Thoughts

I’m not convinced that Natrol AcaiBerry Diet is effective enough to buy. It has a great diet and exercise plan, but it doesn’t really appear to make much difference in weight loss than following the plan without Natrol AcaiBerry Diet pills would. Because most of the ingredients aren’t clinically proven, there is absolutely no guarantee that Natrol AcaiBerry Diet will work—and if it doesn’t, you won’t be getting your money back from the company. There aren’t enough positive aspects of Natrol AcaiBerry Diet for me to recommend it.
