Caffeine probably plays the biggest role in boosting metabolism which in turn burns fat.  But in order for the caffeine to work you need at least 400 mg.  How can you have 400 mg of caffeine in a 337 mg proprietary blend?  You can’t.

With all the stimulating ingredients your energy levels will definitely be raised.  However, with that increase in energy you also risk a severe crash later on when it wears off.  If you take it too close to bed it can actually cause you to stay up all night.  Research Strength Xenadrine Ultra has been linked to some other side effects such as headaches, nervousness, dizziness, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, jitteriness, and even increased heart rate or blood pressure.
