FucoGreen Review
I’m one of those cooks that likes to follow recipes; I have never come up with a dish off the top of my head. It’s just not in my genetics. But if I were an innovative cook, always thinking of genius flavor combinations and creating them, I think I’d want to try them quite a few times before giving out the recipe or making it for guests. When a fat burner uses an ingredient that has been studied only a few times and just hasn’t been around for very long, I get worried.
In this case, FucoGreen is one of those fat burners. It contains Fucoxanthin, an ingredient that has been tested on animals and people. However, these studies have not been repeated in different conditions and with different people. The study done in Russia, for example, dealt with obese women. I’d like to see how Fucoxanthin works with different kinds of people, especially men.
Ingredients in FucoGreen
You may have heard of clinically proven ingredients. These are ingredients that have been studied extensively to see if they are useful in fat burners. Well, FucoGreen has only utilized three different ingredients. Only one of them, Green Tea, is actually clinically proven. Compared to some of the best fat burners, the results should be less than perfect, and maybe there won’t even be any. The three ingredients found in FucoGreen are:
- Fucoxanthin
- Green Tea Extract
- Hoodia Gordonii
According to FucoGreen’s label, Fucoxanthin is a pretty incredible ingredient. Unfortunately, it’s only had a few tests done on it, so it may not give the results that are promised. The weight and fat loss results are supposedly out of this world compared to placebo results.
It’s possible that you have already made it a habit to drink Green Tea. This ingredient helps your weight loss efforts by taking the fat in your body and actually using it as energy. In this way, you are losing weight and fat at the same time.
Hoodia Gordonii has been used in Africa as an appetite suppressant. It’s quite obvious that a huge part of losing weight is being able to control how much you eat. If you are having trouble with that one factor, your whole weight loss program is going to suffer. With some Hoodia Gordonii, you should be able to eat a small meal and feel satisfied.
Does FucoGreen offer a money-back guarantee?
There’s no indication of any kind of guarantee on the main website for FucoGreen. That either means there is none, or it means that you should contact customer service directly and tell them your problem. Sometimes, a fat burner doesn’t work, and you want your money back for that reason. Other times, it may be working, but the results are not what you expected. These are both legitimate reasons to return a fat burner for a refund.
Final Thoughts
Before you dive headfirst into a fat burner that only has three ingredients, consider the consequences. You don’t have the same kind of variety that all the top fat burners do. You also are relying on one ingredient to help you lose weight, even though it hasn’t been tested extensively.
