I read several posistive reviews on the companies’ high reputation but my experience contradicted every review I had read about XPI’s service. I placed my order on 3/9/11 and I received a order/shipping confirmation on 3/10/11 stating I would receive my products in 3 to 6 (as guaranteed by the XPI Website) business days. After 7 seven business days I called XPI to check the status of my order and I was told the product Syntheroid I ordered was on back order. To compensate for the inconvenience I was promised that a bottle of ZMA Max would be shipped to me immediately at not charge. I never received ZMA Max and XPI Customer Service never answered my phone calls or returned email messages. I finally received my order for Synteroid on 3/31/11. XPI offers a 60 day money back guarantee on Syntheroid if not fully satisfied with the product. Judging from my experience with XPI, I would say good luck on that. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
