Thin n’ Slim PM Review

Do you diet well all day, only to find that your guard is down at night and you binge? Does your night-time eating render your day-time dieting ineffective? Regular diet pills usually stop working in the night-time, both because of the time elapsed since the ingestion of the pill, and because most diet pills contain metabolism and energy booster. If that describes you, then you will probably be excited about a product like Thin n’ Slim PM. It claims to be specially formulated to be used at night. It allows the body to relax and unwind from the day with a natural blend of herbs, and doesn’t contain energy boosters like most diet pills do.

Unfortunately, Thin n’ Slim PM doesn’t have the ingredients to do what it says it will do with regards to weight loss. A full list of ingredients isn’t available, but we can’t find any appetite suppressants in Thin n’ Slim PM. It would seem that an appetite suppressant would be of the utmost importance in this pill, based on what it is intended for.

The website brags that it donates a portion of all proceeds to charity. While this is a novel idea, it seems too much like a sales tactic to me, because there are no more details about what percentage of the proceeds, or about what charity.

Ingredients in Thin n’ Slim PM

It contains Vitamins B-6, B-1, B-2, and B-12, Glucomannan, Hops and Valerian Root extract. Glucomannan is found in many diet supplements, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it works. It is a diuretic, meaning that you will experience an increased need to urinate while taking Thin n’ Slim PM—which might not be the best thing when you’re trying to sleep. It also will cause water weight loss, which you might mistake for real weight loss. Glucomannan has been clinically proven to cause some weight loss (5.5 pounds in 8 weeks) in some obese people. However, the FDA has warned consumers that there are some safety issues with Glucomannan, especially for diabetics and those with esophageal problems.

Hops and Valerian Root extract are natural herbs that are commonly used as a sleep and relaxation supplement. They reduce stress and anxiety. That’s great, but I’m not convinced that it’s necessary for the average dieter. If you’re experiencing stress and anxiety at night and have a difficult time sleeping, talk to your doctor and get a drug that is guaranteed to work. But if that’s the case, you don’t need to use Thin n’ Slim PM because nighttime weight loss isn’t your major concern.

Does Thin n’ Slim PM offer a money-back guarantee?

We could not find any sort of money-back guarantee.

Final Thoughts

Thin n’ Slim PM definitely doesn’t contain any energy boosters, which is excellent in a nighttime weight loss supplement. However, it doesn’t contain much of anything else, either, except for relaxation herbs. It doesn’t have a reliable weight loss supplement, it contains no fat burners, and it doesn’t even have an appetite suppressant to decrease late-night eating.  We are not impressed with Thin n’ Slim PM and do not recommend it.
